Payments, prices and return policy
All embroidery clothing prices include the materials used, 25,5% VAT Tax, embroidery and working hours. Shipping charges will be added on the total price. You can find more example prices in the prices page.
Only unworn, unwashed products returned within 14 days or defective items can be returned for full refund. In case of a return, order will be fully refunded except the delivery costs. Delivery costs remain on customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Custom Orders do not have returning possibility, make sure you give correct measurements,but if you aren't happy with your custom order contact via email. In case of an issue with a product of a possible return, please contact me firsthand.
Custom orders
Payments are collected via invoice once the model is agreed and prior creating the product. Order is binding once it is being agreed and it cannot be returned or refunded unless agreed otherwise. However, in case there is something with the product that you are not happy with, please contact me firsthand and I’ll see if there is something that can be done. Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you have any further questions.
Shop orders
Shop orders have 14 day return policy for unused and unbroken products, customer is obligated to pay the shipping. Contact via email if you want to make a return. Full payment of the product will be returned after the product has been sent and arrived back to atelier.
Customer has the responsibility of the product during the return shipping, I recommend to use tracking code, since payment will be returned only when the product is back in the atelier.
Taxes and customs
Customer has the responsibility for paying taxes and import VAT on deliveries outside EU.
Information on the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
1. Usage Instructions
Jewelry and clothes are intended exclusively as an item to be worn on or around the body. Decorative objects are only suitable for decorative purposes. Both jewelry and clothes are not intended for consumption, contact with food, or as toys.
2. Hazard Information for Jewelry and clothes
Some products contain small parts (e.g., clasps, pendants,buttons, zippers, beads etc.). Keep away from small children to avoid choking and strangulation hazards. Jewelry pieces intended for skin contact are made of stainless steel, a skin-friendly material that typically does not cause skin irritation. However, if unusual reactions such as redness, itching, or rashes occur, it is recommended to remove the jewelry immediately and consult a doctor if necessary. Zippers and buttons contain plastic.
3. Care and Maintenance
Prints clothes can be washed in washing mashine, in 40°C heat. No tumbledrying.
Embrdoidery clothes are recommended to gently handwash or freeze wash in cold weather or in freezer. You may use washing mashine, but it is recommended to use washing bag to protect the embroidery. No tumbledrying.
Embroidery headbands and hairbows are not recommended to be washed.
4. Material Composition
Metal elements intended for skin contact in jewelry are made of stainless steel and may contain color coatings. Other metal elements may contain different alloys.
Clothes and fabric asseccories are mainly made out of linen or cotton, other material % is mentioned in specific products.
Headband base is made out of plastic. Zippers and buttons contain plastic.
Packing materials are recyclable paper and cardboard.
5. Storage and Care
Store your products in a dry, moderate environment and avoid direct sunlight to prevent damage to the color or material structure. Keep it in a jewelry pouch or box to avoid scratches and damage.
6. Avoidance of Chemicals
Contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, cleaning agents, or lotions can damage the material of the jewelry and alter its color. Remove the jewelry before using such products.
Bleach or other stong chemicals can harm the embroidery and fabric.
7. Disposal
Dispose of the products according to local regulations. Sort materials by type and dispose of non-separable materials through regular household waste. Clothes that are still in good condition are recommended to be reused or donated to secondhand stores.
8. Compliance with Product Safety Standards
Our products comply with applicable European safety standards and are manufactured in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and the Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC (GPSR).
